We provide our Autonomous Security Robot (ASR) technologies that operate 24/7 through our Machine-as-a-Service (MaaS) business model with annual subscriptions at an effective price of approximately $0.85 to $9 per hour. This white-glove service allows you, our client, to focus on your operations and enjoy your time off knowing that Knightscope has you covered.

  • ‍Deployment – needs assessment, virtual demo, site assessment, site survey, shipping, logistics and training

  • ‍Technology – Autonomous Security Robot (ASR), Knightscope Security Operations Center (KSOC) user interface, docking station, and data storage

  • ‍Service – all maintenance, service, parts, repairs plus 24/7/365 US-based technical support

  • ‍Upgrades – unlimited software, firmware and at times hardware upgrades
